Digital printing house – technologies

We strive to constantly update our machine park, using the solutions of the best suppliers. We are supported by the leaders of the printing industry, who guarantee the highest quality and productivity of their solutions.

In the process of producing advertising graphics, we use digital technologies that ensure the highest quality, the possibility of printing a wide range of substrates and allow us to offer the shortest lead times. Printing techniques are characterized by various durability to external conditions, the maximum print format and the available range of substrates. Supraprint’s digital printing house uses latex, sublimation, eco-solvent and HP Indigo digital printing technologies.

The substrates on which we print most often:

Latex printing

Odorless and ecological latex printing offers the highest print quality at a resolution of 1200 dpi. Unprecedented colour repeatability is available thanks to the built-in spectrophotometer. Safe application of latex prints is possible in any type of interior, also in public buildings such as hotels, schools or hospitals. Printouts retain their colors, resistance to water and light, for 5 years indoors, and 3 to 5 years when used outdoors. Latex printing is characterized by relatively high abrasion resistance, and the inks are flexible and stretchable.

Eco-friendly Latex large format printing

Prints in latex technology have numerous certificates: GREENGUARD Children & School, Sustainable Green Printing, HP Planet Partners, Nordic Ecolabel.

Our digital printing house produces latex technology on most advertising surfaces: paper, banner, blockout, self-adhesive foil, backlight, wallpaper, fabrics, canvas. Max. the print width is: 320 cm.

Led UV large format printing

It is a high-quality digital printing for printing mainly flat surfaces such as Foamex, Plexiglas, Dibond, Katz Display boards. The UV printing technology allows you to obtain the highest quality images, characterized by high resistance to abrasion and UV radiation. The printed plate can be cut to any shape. Additional white paint allows for printing of transparent or mass-colored materials.

Large-format UV printing is widely used in the production of advertising graphics such as: indoor / instore (elements of store equipment), signage (markings, signs, signs, graphic elements). The maximum area of the printed element can be: 200 x 300 cm.

Dye sub printing

The technology uses environmentally friendly, odorless, water-based inks. Sublimation printing is used for printing on polyester fabrics. The printout is fixed in an oven at a temperature of about 185′-200 ‘C, thanks to which it is characterized by a wide range of colours, high saturation and resistance to external conditions. Printed polystyrene fabrics are most often used for the production of various types of advertising and decorative products.

sublimation printing on fabric banners

SUPRAPRINT digital printing house prints most often: company flags, advertising flags (winders), textile banners, elements of scenography, graphics for fairs and events. Max print width 320 cm. We offer various variants of hems and fabric finishes.

Ecosolvent printing

In this technology, we use Mutoh UMS inks, which can be called fully ecological, as they meet stringent European standards and have a written Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort certificate. The print has a wide range of colors and lightfastness.

Ecosolvent printing is carried out in the highest resolution of 1440 dpi, thanks to which it is possible to reproduce the smallest details. Nano Resin UMS inks are 4-generation inks based on a mixture of resins, containing very durable pigments. The maximum print width is 160 cm.

Solvent printing

This printing technology uses pigmented solvent inks (based on organic solvents). The biggest advantage of solvent printing is high resistance to UV radiation, weather conditions, including ultraviolet radiation. Solvent printing is also characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage. Maximum print width of roll media 320 cm.

HP Indigo digital printing

Dedicated to the production of low volumes with express delivery times. It provides the highest print quality comparable to the quality of the offset. Thanks to the use of Electroink liquid ink, the print layer is imperceptible to the touch. HP Indigo digital printing enables the printing of a wide range of substrates, including decorative, textured and foil. Additional white paint allows for printing of transparent or mass-colored materials. Max print format: 310 x 435 mm. The most frequently printed products are: leaflets, folders, posters, business cards, presentations, calendars, menus, offers and etc.
